Reservation
Booking of accommodation or activity takes place via contact form on the website idrottsgården.se, telephone or e-mail. The booking is only valid upon confirmation from Idrottsgården. During a stay at Idrottsgården, the person who booked the stay is responsible for ensuring that the conditions are followed.
For larger bookings where the amount for the entire stay exceeds SEK 6,000, an advance payment of the entire amount is required, the payment must be received by us 30 days before the day of arrival. SEK 2,000 of the total amount is the booking fee.
The booking fee is paid no later than 7 days after confirmation of booking.
For other bookings where the amount is less than SEK 4,000, payment can be made in advance or on arrival. SEK 200 of the total amount is the booking fee.
Cancellation
For larger bookings: The booking fee of SEK 2,000 will not be refunded if the stay is canceled.
If canceled 30 - 15 days before arrival, the booking fee + 25% of the invoice amount will be retained.
If canceled 14 - 4 days before arrival, the booking fee + 50% of the invoice amount will be retained by us.
If canceled 3 - 0 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
For all other bookings: If canceled 3 - 0 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
If canceled before 3 days before 14.00, the full amount can be refunded minus SEK 200 in booking fee.
In case of late cancellation "larger booking" we can rebook the stay without extra costs if rebooking takes place this year. You can then credit your booking fee and final payment.

Cleaning
After a stay at Idrottsgården's facilities, satisfactory cleaning must take place (see cleaning instructions). We work according to the mindset that what you leave behind is in at least the same condition as you found it in. In case of no cleaning or inadequate cleaning, the guest (other bookings) will be charged SEK 1,000 and for larger bookings an additional SEK 2,000 (total SEK 3,000).

Possibility to buy for cleaning is available.
Injuries
The paying customer is responsible for restoring the facility to its original condition. In the event of damage, the customer is charged for the cost incurred. If something breaks during the stay, contact us and we will solve it.
Damage
All intentional damage is reported to the police. Of course there are accidents, see injuries.
