The lake villa
Welcome to our largest house in the area, Sjövillan!
In addition to a perfect location by the lake, the villa offers large community areas that invite you to socialize and party. The house is a whopping 270 square meters, plus a basement with a gym and sauna. A large terrace on the second floor with a view of the area, here there is a large seating area and sun loungers.
The house has 8 double rooms. A total of 16 beds plus extra beds are available for an extra charge.
Large surfaces for cooking
It is said that the kitchen is the heart of the house. In our kitchen you will find everything for your cooking, large work surfaces and plenty of kitchen utensils. Two stoves, two refrigerators, three sinks and much more.
There is plenty of crockery, glass and cutlery for the larger gatherings
Lovely surfaces to hang on
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Here is also the large balcony with a view of the football field, tennis and last but not least, the lake!
Two sofa groups to cozy up to in front of the fire or the TV. In the next room you will find the pool table.
Center of the house
In the salon there is plenty of space for dinners, dancing and parties. Light a fire in the large fireplace and set the table for a feast.
Here you can seat up to 42 people spread over three long tables, if you can imagine sharing some of the personal space.
The salon offers opportunities for conferences and meetings. You have access to a large whiteboard and projector screen.
It is possible to order for coffee.
